Zach and Will had a visit with Santa yesterday at Wolfchase Galleria Mall in Memphis. Zach showed Will that Santa was not scary. Will just looked up at Santa. He didn't cry or scream. He did smile right after the picture was snapped.
Sorry it has been so long between post. I plan on putting a ton of pictures up in the near future.

At least yours weren't crying. Anna screamed for about a minute, then slowed down to a slight sob.
