Happy Easter

Despite the freezing cold temperature, the Easter Bunny managed to make his way to our house this morning. Zach and Will were very excited to find the overflowing baskets on the couch. Will also got a bite of chocolate candy for the first time. Click below for more pictures.

Will Walking

Will has been taking steps for about three weeks or so, but in the past week he has really taken off with the walking. Hope you enjoy the video.

Go Vols

I had alot of fun going to Alabama and playing in their sand by writing the word "Vols" several times. Every time I wrote Vols in the sand, somebody from a balcony would yell "Roll Tide" on my way back up the boardwalk to the condo. I just couldn't help myself.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse was the condo that we stayed in during our vacation to Gulf Shores. This condo was just built in the last year or so after Hurricane Ivan destroyed the gulf coast. It was a very nice place. Our condo had a master bedroom with a king size bed, another bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bonus room with bunk beds. We plan on trying to stay in this condo again if we make it back to Gulf Shores in the near future. Click below for more pics of the condo!!!!!!

Gulf Shores, Alabama

For Zach's spring break from school, we took a week off and headed down to Gulf Shores, AL for our first week long family vacation. We had a great time and did not want to leave for two reasons, one it was beautiful there with white sand beaches and 75-80 degree temperatures, and for two because we both had to go back to work this week. Birthday Supper

Will had a nice spaghetti dinner for his birthday. We love the way he slurps up the noodles as he eats it.

Snow!!!!!

We finally got some snow here in Dyer Co. This was Will's first snow. He really didn't know what to think of it, but he certainly didn't like it to eat. He made a horrible face. Zach even got to have a little bit of fun despite his recent surgery. Enjoy the pictures!!!!!!

First Visit with Santa

Zach and Will had a visit with Santa yesterday at Wolfchase Galleria Mall in Memphis. Zach showed Will that Santa was not scary. Will just looked up at Santa. He didn't cry or scream. He did smile right after the picture was snapped.

Sorry it has been so long between post. I plan on putting a ton of pictures up in the near future.

Will Crawling

Will started crawling tonight. His Uncle Chad helped him along for the first run and then Will took off after that. Of course, Zach and I were at church when he crawled the first time, so we had to recreate the scene several times for video purposes.

Playing in the Floor

Will loves playing in the floor with his big brother's Tigger. Maybe Santa Claus can find Will a Tickle me ELMO TMX for Christmas. I'm sure he will love that as well.

Hope the people from PETA don't look at my blog. I could not resist putting up this old picture of Brad in honor of deer hunting season being in full swing here in TN. I did, however, post an embarrassing photo of myself in a sailor's suit.

Sleeping Good

This is a cell phone picture, but still a pretty good one. Will was all piled up in the end of his bed on his stomach snoozing. And those are Halloween pajamas, but we are getting our money's worth out of them.

Mayor John Holden

Dyersburg has elected a new mayor by an outstanding margin. The final vote count was 3,737 (70%) for John Holden to 1,627 (30%) for incumbent Mayor Bill Revell. The city also has elected three new alderman to the board as well. Dyersburg is in for some big changes over the next four years. Let's hope they are for the better. Did I mention that we may be fortunate enough to have Thanksgiving dinner with the Mayor of Dyersburg. Stay tuned for updates on this developing story. Ha Ha Ha
